This is a family run franchise. The staff is very professional, helpful, and friendly. It is a quick process to pick up and drop off the car, the location is conveniently located, the cars are very clean and in 'new' condition, and rates are much cheaper than the airport. This location rents Avis and Budget cars. Highly recommend!
My husband and I have been renting from this location for several years now. We consistently have a very positive experience with them. Even though we now live in Charlotte, we still drive to Mooresville, just so we can rent from this location. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating every time, and the vehicles are always clean and well maintained. We recommend this location to anyone.

My experience with budget car rental was unprofessional !! I made reservations and I went 60 miles for pick up for them to tell me no truck is available!! Even though I had my confirmation number when I came to the store to pick up my truck they told me they have no trucks and sent me 7 miles down the street and customer service was very rude!! !!I would never go to budget rental again !!!They don't deserve to get a half a star!!Go Uhaul!!
