My husband just got back from going to the Auto Bell on Brawley School Road mooresville nc. He had a another bad experience with the whole situation. Paying 30 dollars to get a automobile washed you would think that you could get what you paid for. He watched it go through the windows while it went through the process.... none of the strayers were spraying soap. He talked to a employee and he said he would go tell the manager & have him come over to speak to him, never happen..... meanwhile the car is drying in the sun with water spots all over it. The mangers either wasn't told by employee or manager didn't want to deal with the problem. So went up to another employee in a blue shirt telling him about the situation and he said Ohhh we can run it through again, now it's going on almost a hour, cars are backing up and once again same problem comes out dirty , still bugs on the front & Drip drying in the sun. The manager comes over and gives him a free car wash.
Don't bother replying and trying to give me a bunch of excuses bla bla bla heard it before , this isn't the first time we have had a bad experience at this auto bell Brawley School Road mooresville.... But it's the last!
By now he's probably the only one there dryer his own tires with a younger guy running around while the rest of the employees are standing around on their cell phones texting, looking at their smart watches
-I also added pictures of the Damage, My car earlier that week with no damage in the areas, and a picture of my front lip in the booth, which was painted a week ago along with my new rear bumper.
Will never go there again waited over 45 minutes which was fine thinking they were doing a good job NOT they did not clean the the doors the vacuuming sucked still had a lot and I mean a lot of dog hair on seats and floor boards was not worth the premium price plus tip never never again
I really hate leaving bad reviews but after giving you many chances to get it right and it just keeps getting worse:(

I've been to this Auto Bell before and I was a very loyal customer until yesterday 9/1/17. I went through the car wash and then pulled to the side of the building to adjust my mirrors that got knocked out of place. When I went to go adjust my mirrors I noticed some severe paint chips on the A Pillar of my car, fender, and front lip(Which was just painted a week ago). After seeing these paint chips I went straight to one of the employees and explained that they should probably check over the machine because these paint chips were not here before I went through the wash. The employee said I can either get 5 free car washes or make a claim. Being that fact that this car wash chipped the paint on my car I went with making a claim. After filling out all the paperwork and taking pictures the employee told me they have to put the car back through the wash to see if the scratches "replicate". Being someone who cares about there car I told him I'm not putting my car back through the same wash that just severely chipped my paint. Also I explained to him that my car is from 2006 and has 30,000 miles on it, is mint condition, garage kept, and you can clearly tell that these scratches were from the wash. The employee proceeded to say if I do not put the car back through the wash then the claim would be "denied" and if I did put the car back through the wash and the scratches did not replicate then the claim would also be denied.This employee also told me "This has happened before" and if he does not put the car back through the wash and goes through with the claim then he could potentially get fired. Understanding his point of view I asked when the manager would be in and he told me tomorrow, so I met with the manager the next day on 9/2/17. When I met with the manager I explained the scenario like I did above and he proceeded to make excuses saying that “This never happens”,no rocks can stick to the cloths they have, and “how did the cloths chip you paint?”. The manager was also accusing me saying that these paint chips were here before and he sees “previous touch up paint where the paint chip is” when clearly it was not. I also explained to the manager that I work at a body shop and I’m not trying to get any extra money from them all I want is enough to cover paint and materials and I will fix it myself. I also explained to the manager I have the money to pay for it but i'm not paying for damages to my car that I did not cause when I know for a fact that the car wash is what damaged my car. The manager still being uncooperative told me “they can not cover damages they did not cause”. This whole situation was a lose situation and i'm very unhappy with the whole experience especially when i'm someone who takes great care of their car. I was very respectful and cooperative with this manager, but he spent more time accusing me, basically saying that I was lying and that the car wash couldn't of caused the chips. For example he said they “blast off touch up paint all the time” when obviously it was not touchup paint, but no he was convinced, unprofessional, and rude throughout the entire situation. I will never return back to Autobell and neither will my family and friends.
Update: I was able to speak on the phone with the District Manager on 9/21/17 (The same day I received a email from him). With about 30 Minutes of talking, the situation is still not resolved. The best thing he said he could do was meet with me and show me how the car wash works. Also he said he will not Pay for the damages. Completely unhappy and unsatisfied with the situation I can definitely say I will never be returning here and neither will the more and more people that view this post and my review.
I guess we have to drive over to the Concord Auto Bell, I've NEVER had one thing go wrong with that location...So who ever is running mooresville auto bell you might want to consider taking your crew over to concord and see how they hustle and get the job done right.
Waste of money. You can do a better job yourself. Exterior looks good but don’t pay extra for interior because they don’t do a good job.
