Always have massive sales: it seems like maybe other stores send their merchandise here to be sold off? I got some great deals on shirts and ties here, and bought a great pair of red Izod corduroy pants for something like 75% off the list price. I go here to browse at least once a month because you can really snake some hot deals. Staff was really friendly and measured me for a shirt, too. They have no-hassle returns, as well.
I really enjoy going to this Belk even though I am from out of town. It is most definitely one of the nicest Belk I have ever been in! They always have such a large selection of all the clothes they carry and it is so well organized. Everyone that Waits on you is so eager to help you and so pleasant.

Customer service is astoundingly amazing. I needed a white dress shirt for an interview and stopped here. They helped me find the right size and fit, gave feedback on the fit, used a coupon they had that saved me 6$, and even tied my tie for me! I was blown away by how helpful they were. What are you thinking? You completely did away with the women's petite section and trippled the size of the women's plus size department. SERIOUSLY. Shopped at Belk in Mooresville for over 20 years but not anymore.
