I came with low expectations looking for a couch. Dan Pieszchala helped me and immediately directed me to the perfect couch for my situation. He was extremely pleasant and not salesman-y at all. The couch is excellent (though I haven't owned a couch before so I'm not the best judge). Delivery was trivially easy.
The store has very good inventory in the show room. The sales persons will be extremely helpful to assist you during your purchase. However, this ends at the time you pay for everything. Once you paid, the store has no more control about your order and any issue you have, you'll have to deal with customer service. Customer service is absolutely awful. They won't listen to your concerns, they will not put themselves on your shoes and they can care less about what the sales person promised or the delivery guys did. They only care about following the policy and that is about it. If you have an issue and try to contact the sales person or the store manager they will never be available to help you out. If you go back to the store to ask for the sales person or manager to help you, they won't be able to do anything. Once you paid, you are in control of a different group which is not customer focused. I spent $10,000 in furniture at this store and one month later I am still trying to get my order fulfilled and damaged items replaced. I will never shop here again. I had a much better experience at the South Blvd store, however, again, you'll be at mercy of customer service once you pay for something.
I have bought several rooms from this store over the years. My furniture has always been delivered on time and in excellent condition. Great experience!!

READ BEFORE SPENDING ANYMONEY HERE! BUYER BEWARE! My wife and I buy a brand new leather couch for 4K. It gets delivered to the house with 38 rips and imperfections and the drivers leave fast so my wife couldn't see them. She noticed them and chases them down the street. Once they stop they tell her " we don't handle that stuff you'll need to call customer service. She calls customer service 5 minutes after the couches are opened and explains the situation. Here is where you as a consumer need to be very careful when dealing with these people. The customer service agent tells my wife to take pictures and email them to the office. Then explains they are going to come out and repair the missing pieces of leather and the rips. My wife explains that our expectations like every consumer is that we bought new not repaired stuff can they just send us a new couch. They then tell us that in their agreement with us and all customers if it is delivered damaged they will fix it first. I don't feel we are being to difficult by saying no we want what we bought which was a new couch. They tell us no and we will have to cancel the order but they are going to charge us 10% restocking fee plus a pickup fee. You can only imagine how this made us feel. We have been calling the company and get no person of authority and get run around. This kind of customer service is what's wrong with a big retail store. They don't care about a customer. I'm writing this hoping it stops someone else from getting DEFRAUDED like we did in the future. This company is unscrupulous! Buy somewhere else!
