Front receptionist was incredibly friendly and made me feel super comfortable. Nurse was nice and had great patient care attitude. Doctor was slightly sarcastic and unprofessional but at least knew what he was doing. I was in and out in less than an hour which is great for any doctor office. Would go back if needed.
This was the first time going to FastMed but defiantly will not be the last (hopefully will be a while) Dr Knight was super nice and really took good care of me. He had to sew up my finger and made me feel comfortable with the process if I would not have been watching him I would have never knew what he was doing. AAAAA++++++++++
Took my daughter in for sports physical for the year. Staff was very friendly. The lady at the front desk was super nice and very friendly. When she asked if my daughter had ever been there before, I answered yes this time last year for her sports physical. Well she couldn't find us in the computer but I told her for sure we had been there. She replied that she found my daughter in the system but it showed she hadn't been there since 2015. So she continued looking and realized that my daughter had 2 accounts because of the way she was input into the system over the years. She apologized and went on to merge the two files together. To me, that's great customer service. Then the waiting time to be seen by someone in the back took longer than normal and there was only 3 of us sitting in waiting room. During our waiting period, only two people came out after seeing the doctor ot PA. So I surely think that the waiting time could have been quicker when I realized that there was like 4 girls sitting at the desk in the back room area just chatting. But other than that, good experience overall. I would recommend this place to others.
My daughter fractured a bone in her foot. While we did have to wait a little while to be seen, it was definitely worth it. Dr. Floyd and her nurse were so loving and thorough. Dr. Floyd personally showed me how to adjust her walking boot. (I was impressed that they had boots that small in stock). She gave me a CD with her x-rays and insisted that we follow up with an orthopedist. He verified her diagnosis. Staff form FastMed called TWICE to check up. I will be recommending this office in the future.
My 3 years old son goes there for any emergency issue including Nursemaid's elbow, Ear infection and others. The doctor is always super nice and treats him as soon as they can. There are several urgent cares near us, but we always go to FastMed to get the treatment. They also call you the next day to see how you feel. Overall, we like FastMed and will go there for urgent care.
