Switched to Griffin Ins Agency one year ago using their agent Leon Brown for my small business (we have 40 employees) and it has been great. Even though in year 1 we had a couple of claims, they handled them professionally and renewed my policy without question.
Every small business owner has lots of problems but with Leon Brown and Griffin Ins you will have one less thing to worry about.
I have been a loyal customer for many years, however; I will now be taking my business elsewhere. This office made a mistake with my policy and funds were taken out of my account when not authorized. They did not take responsibility for their petty mistakes and treated the situation with such carelessness. It is unfortunate that we put our trust in this office/company for so long for them to not acknowledge their wrong and find a way to resolve. I would not recommend this company for the mere fact that we (the customer) rely on trust and satisfaction in which both were not met.
