Shannon, Chrys and Aaron were great. All of the guys had great attitudes, were very helpful and took good care of my belongings. They went over and beyond and I know this was a hard move. I was moving from a third floor apartment to a two story house. The washer and dryer had to go to the second floor of the house and it was made easier because of their great get it done attitudes. They were courteous and respectful and I appreciate all of their help. This is the second time I have used this particular Two Men and A Truck and both times were positive and I would highly recommend using them.
We used Two Men and a Truck when we moved 2 years ago. We saw the Ads on billboards, their trucks and researched online. We were happy with our experience then, so we decided to use them again for our current move. We were happy with quick responses from the office staff giving us a quote, scheduling our move and answering all our questions. We were also happy with the movers, who were courteous and friendly. They handled our items with care and moved us in good time. We also liked that they had a team leader who explained the process and gave us an estimate on how long the process may take.
Organization from the first inquiry to the end of the move was outstanding. The follow up was consistent as committed. The work crew far exceeded our expectations and were personable, helpful, hardworking, conscientious, and respectful. They were a delight to work with and made the experience a lot less stressful. Our neighbors who are building next door were equally as impressed with the work ethic and will request the identical crew to support their upcoming move.
