Ryan Mc Henry's Crew of Tyler who Power Washed & Cleaned out the Gutters, Jeremy who fixed a couple pieces of siding, and Ben who managed to FIND the right siding, coordinate a Magical Jeremy "OUT OF THIN AIR", and kept the proverbial juggling act running seamlessly at my home throughout the day was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Fixing the siding was an On-the SPOT, "hey, can you fix this as long you're here", question?? Yes, I did that!! ...WOW!...THEY did THAT!!!...WHO DOES THAT??? I purchased a gutter cleaning through Groupon earlier this year, and you know how life gets busy- it slipped my mind until just recently, and even though I was a few days expired Ryan the the team were gracious enough to still honor the full value. My originally scheduled service had to be delayed due to shorter days and another job running long, which I obviously don’t want anyone on my roof without enough daylight anyway- but the team was prompt with follow up to reschedule. I had my actual service today by Jeremy and after a quick look around he recommended a few fixes he noticed off the bat that he could help with at a very reasonable rate. Sure it’s an up sell, but I did not feel pressure AT ALL and it was things that I actually had been needing to do but didn’t have the tools/know how, or really the time to do, like reattaching a loose downspout, sealing nail pops in a few of my shingles etc. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend this company based on my experience.
