These guys know their stuff. After our home warranty company sent out their own people and could not fix our backup, Roto Rooter was able to fix it easy. It's worth paying for someone to do it right. Tom was great, cleaned up after himself and was very friendly.
Called with an backed up drain line late on a Friday night and was surprised that I was able to get a technician out the same evening, Tom was polite, professional and a very skilled plumber. Used his drain cleaning machine to clear the line of roots from the Maple tree in the front yard. Gave 6 month guarantee! Will definitely call Roto-Rooter again in the future for all my plumbing issues.
