I had a great experience! Made reservations ahead of time. Flat rate to and from the Charlotte airport. John (to airport) was great! Steven (home from airport) was awesome! They (dispatch) knew my flight numbers, all communicated with me throughout the process and ON TIME! LOVE IT! Thanks John and Steven!
This was my first time attempting to use yellow cab and i will NEVER try to again. I called them at 5:55am in order to make it to the first day of a new job by 6:50 and it is 7:01 and still no taxi. This place is a joke. I hate that no Ubers were around to pick me up.
