my wife had a eye infection. We called same day and they saw her and had her in and out in 2 hours. On regular appt have never had to wait more than 30 minutes.
The whole place is falling apart. I don't even think the machines work. Nobody there is really friendly either... definitely would find someone else.
Staff are unprofessional, rude, and no regard for your time was had an 8 :15 am appointment it's 9am and still not seen, got in line to ask how much longer one staff said do u have questions regarding paper work my daughter said no the lady said next in line and took the people behind us never asked why we were in line we decided at that point to leave.
Always helpful, professional staff and great doctors.
I do understand "running behind schedule" but an hour behind schedule at 10:00 in the morning is simply poor scheduling. And this has happened the previous two years as well. This place has changed a lot in 10 years.
