I've had excellent experiences with my multiple encounters with Dr.Albrecht. Instead of the vast majority of doctors who go for the 30 second interview & the immediate prescription that follows, Dr.Albrecht delves to the root of the problem, & isn't quick to suggest the chemical solution. She is a caring, skilled, intelligent practitioner who is extremely invested in each of her patients. I could never imagine seeing a different provider & I am extremely thankful she is mine.
**Honestly, don't believe they even deserve one star. But to be able to post this comment I had to leave it at one. When Dr. Dana Deyton was here, I thought this was the best practice around. But after she left I will never return. The staff is completely RUDE!! I have called twice now and the staff does not want to help and act completely snarky on the phone. No one wants to hear that when they don't feel good or need help. One time I called for my son to get him an appointment and I couldn't believe how mean they were when just making an appointment. I will never return.
Dr. Albrecht is one of those doctors who went into healthcare for the science of it. Highly intelligent, very little empathy. I made a request for a single dose of a sedative to try to mitigate the extreme anxiety I have with needles. I was refused with the comment that I would be just fine (after one visit in their office and no experience with the panic attacks that I experience with having labs drawn). Will definitely be requesting my records and finding a new doctor.
This place front desk staff is horrible it's sad the Docs are great but the front desk has terrible attitude problems not for the patients at all.
Staff is helpful and so friendly !
Dr. Bill and Dr. Kelley are wonderful . I would recommend them to anyone Who wants a physician that really cares
