-The TV and related services guys are good, and I recommend them. They installed a large flat panel in my house and did so with delivery on a reasonable schedule. The pricing all around was fair.

-The car audio guy Rob doesn't have a pulse. After someone who was on the floor helped me find "someone to help me in car audio" this guy comes out from behind a locked services area door asking what I need. His tone and demeanor was negative from before I said a word, as if I was bothering him. No vehicles were in the service bay he was in, behind the locked door. I still gave him the chance to sell me something but he talked himself and me out of bothering to try to make a purchase happen. I had a high budget here ($2,000+), but the project required customer interaction and this fellow was having none of that. Below 1 star. Tried a couple times to do business. Same guy. Same attitude. Seems he's the only guy there? Don't understand this as everyone else in the store has been helpful.

Awesome shopping experience. Bought a washer was in and out in 20 minutes. Walt was so helpful and knew products well. Will continue to shop your store.

I've been coming to this location since I moved to Mooresville. I've purchased my laptop, dryer, found my father a great deal on a plasma TV(while they were making them) and his new smart TV here and just recently bought a Google Home and Philips Hue bulbs for 3 rooms in my home here as well. I actually had a dud smart bulb which they swapped out without any issues or waiting in a long line. Customer service has always been top notch for me here and being one of the few remaining places I can go to physically see a product before purchasing is nice. They always have great deals and in the few instances they didn't have what I wanted in stock, it was ordered right away and showed up either in store or at my home earlier than I was told....which is rare!

This review is split. If viewed as any one department I might score 1 star or 5 stars. Update: I have continued to work with this store on everything but car audio (this is still a major AVOID department). After two more very good experiences with the appliance department (Heather) I am upping this to four stars.

Other generic interactions on the floor particularly in appliances and electronics are generally good.

Hope this helps your shopping experience. For big screen TVs, appliances and services - good. For car stereo even on a high budget, avoid at all costs.

Electronics galore, Geek Squad to keep you virus free & up & running, being productive. What suits your fancy. Just pay cash & keep yourself ahead of your financial curve. A toy is not fun when you cannot afford to pay for it up front. Games are just that games. They do not provide for your family. Practice being responsible early on & it'll come back to you.

-The appliance team (Heather) has helped me now on four occasions outfit houses for resale with good equipment across the board - washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges and microwaves, but now also on my own home. They helped me locate top of the line equipment from the returns or liquidation areas of their inventory to save costs and helped with install, and delivery. On time on budget. I'll use them again. Five stars++. Heather was a big help on my own fridge replacement at home, and helped me again when I incorrectly measured with no cost to me! Very good experience.

This store has all the electronics you could ever dream of. The staff is friendly, and most know the products. The departments are well laid out. If you can not find something, people are willing to help.Parking is available in abundance. the last time visited was Black Friday. They had plenty of everything, and were well organized.

-The store manager, Walt, is a great guy who personally answers asks for help or special services without issue or resistance. Truly an exceptional character for this type of environment.
