Jorge was absolutely amazing! He was the rep that upgrading my phone a couple years ago and it’s nice to see a smile that I recognize. Every time I’ve been to this store there are different reps and seeing him still be here gives me relief. DERRICK is the man. Easy going guy that will help you to the end of the earth. I hate cellphone stores. It's almost like going to the dentist.
