Never never never get your hair cut here. I went in with very specific instructions for my 11 year old. Came out with his hair on the bottom of his head longer than the top. There's an older Hispanic woman that works there that has ZERO clues on how to cut hair. Asked for a 1 on the sides and a trim of his bangs. His hair is so jacked up. And his bang aren't even remotely straight. HORRIBLE!!!!! And then charged me full price after I complained. Don't know her name because she doesn't know how to run the register either and couldn't print me a receipt.
First time visit and Alisha was my stylist. Highlights and lowlights were put in my hair and the results are beautiful. Alisha took the time to go over the process step by step with me explaining about the cover up outcome on the grays and left over color on the ends of my hair. It was a long process and she was on her own in the salon. She addressed the customers questions in a timely manner without ever making me fill I wasn't her top priority. Will be back to see her again. Thank you Alisha!
New management and new stylists
I called to make an appointment for a cut since every time I stop in there is a wait and the wait is endless. The woman who answered asked me to come in at 2 ( I called at 12:30) and that Sharon would be the stylist I would see. I arrive at 2 standing inline behind another customer for five minutes and finally make my way to check in. I give my name to the most unfriendly person I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting who happens to be Sharon- As she’s checking me in another woman comes to stand next to me saying she’s Karen, she was supposed to come back in 15 minutes and she is there. So..... the stylist asks ME to wait 15 minutes to accommodate Karen! I said are you kidding me?! I called an hour and a half ago to make this appointment. The stylist says no I’m not kidding. I stood right there while she went to talk to the other woman who made my appointment. I was taken to the chair first before Karen who wasn’t happy and the stylist apologized to her. Who then sat right next to the booth while I was getting my hair cut giving me the death stare. I wasn’t asked if I wanted my hair shampooed, showed her a photo and explained what I wanted done. She DID NOT speak to me the entire time. I had to ask her to thin my hair since it was so thick it wasn’t even close to what I asked for. I then had to ask her to trim My bangs that were clearly overgrown. Then she never asks if I would like it dried or styled and never attempts to try and remove the pounds of hair on my neck and shirt. The cut was nothing like what I wanted. Sharon seemed to be put out because she had to work today. I will NEVER EVER return here for ANYTHING. Rude and clearly need to be educated on how to deal With clients.
I have stopped in here a few times over the past couple of months just needing a trim done. Each visit I get the same results, only one stylist at the salon, they never even notice I am there. Eventually after waiting for a few minutes, I have to ask them if they can fit me in. So not only do I feel they do not even care for my business but I have to interrupt the person they are working on as well. Without fail, I receive the same answer, I am sorry, I'm the only person here and I have several waiting so it will be at least an hour if not more. I will not return here, as far as I am concerned this is simply poor management. 6 years ago, you could find at least 3 stylist there anytime of day. Way to drive away your customers by only keeping one stylist on the floor.
