I love this store and always come here for pet supplies but; I came here tonight to get my son fish for a Christmas present, my husband and I waited 30 minutes before we got help because the girl was more worried about getting some, I assume new employee, in her pants. Everything else is amazing though and they are wonderful at helping with dog stuff. I would have definitely put 5 stars but she was very unprofessional.
The store is great and the employees in the retail operation are top notch. HOWEVER, never ever use their grooming at this location. The employees there call out, walk out, don't show up and are completely unreliable. I've driven all the way there twice to have to return home with the dogs because nobody showed up for work.
Clean, friendly place to shop with a fair price and generally good service.
Went here today and the cashier was so kind to me and very friendly. She was very helpful and informational! She was wonderful! Thanks so much to her!
