Had an issue with my car that the local dealership couldn’t figure out, but these guys trouble shot and fixed it. Car runs like it is new - I’m so happy I brought my car here. If your car has a issue with the computer I highly recommend coming here before you go anywhere else.
As previously reviewed, I had the same issue with "shop fees". I took my vehicle in to have brake pads installed. After the work was done, I noticed an additional fee for "shop fees". When I inquired about it, I was told that its a fee to cover "fluids and such". I told him I had brake pads installed. He said, well it's for using the lift and things in the shop. Immediately, this shop lost all credibility, even though the manager took off the charge. That is like going to a restaurant and after you eat your meal, they charge you for using the utensils and plate. The gentleman at the counter explained to me that this is common practice in the industry however, I had my car into another place two days prior and they did not charge me a shop fee. To charge me an additional fee to use the facility to fix my car only loses credibility with me and makes me not trust. Be careful.
These guys are awesome always friendly and knowledgeable. It’s great to see a shop that is honest about what you need unlike most other shops. The new owners are really cool, I have never seen an owner that will get out and help out with what ever. One of the owners was the one that gave me a ride to work and picked me up to get my car. Found my new go to shop.
So pleased with my experience. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is very comfortable if you need to wait or you can take advantage of the free shuttle they offer. The new owners Larry and Wendy are amazing and committed to providing honest car care. I am done jumping around from shop to shop looking for someone I can rely on. CBA is now my automotive shop of choice!
Extremely happy with the service and professionalism that owner Larry and his staff have demonstrated to both myself and my wife on three separate visits. They made us aware of the issues with our car and helped us prioritize the repairs without any pressure. The waiting area is very comfortable for either my wife or myself. Overall, a great experience where we left with a sense of trust and value. Will be recommending this location to our friends.
