I have always liked coming here and the people are really nice but when they do work and it’s wrong , they should be responsible for all of it and not part of it !!!!! The manager John is wrong in this situation and they know it. We will not be going back to this firestone. Watch out people because if they mess up your vehicle they will find a way to make you pay for it.
Awful service, incompetent people. How you can't call and give update about a car and condition of tires is baffling. I had to call and ask about my car and why it's taking 3 hours to change one tire to get a lame response about the snow and how busy they are. I was supposed to receive a call about the condition of my other 3 tires and if they needed to be replaced but I guess they do not want that business. On top of that, when I called them they told me it would be ready in 30 mins. 40 mins later and the spare tire is still on my car that was just lifted up when I got here. I will just go to Discount Tires, where everyone has been telling me to go in the first place! AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
Ran into a guy at Advance Auto Parts - he was picking up parts for his car and I was trying to fix mine. He overheard the trouble I was having and offered some advice. I asked him if he was a mechanic and he said he worked here - I told him I’d bring my car by the next day. Great choice - these guys worked on my car on a problem that I and ty dealership could not solve. They truly care, which I could not say about the local dealership. I’ll bring all my cars here from now on. Head mechanic also fantastic.

I think the people who work there are very nice, however they totally screwed me over on some half ass tires and oil change.... was too tired to argue with them so paid knowing I won't be back... I wish Firehouse Auto Care off 115 was open on weekends, thats where we normally go..
